Coriander Cumin and Ginger Dressing 1


1/4 cup oil (flaxseed and/or olive)

2-3 tbsp chopped parsley

1 small juiced lemon

1 tbsp grated ginger, finely chopped

2 tsp tamari

1 tsp honey

2 tsp dried basil

1/2-1 tsp dried cumin

1 tsp dried coriander

optional dash of salt

optional dash of tahini

Mix together in a glass or mixing jug and serve on your favorite salad
