Got passed on a link to a video of experiments with a multi-input touch screen. In other words, a computer screen that you can manipulate with your hands. Not just one hand though, every finger can manipulate something different on the screen; they even have an example where two people are using the screen at the same time.
The video highlights some great prospects for art as well as everyday uses such as panning and rotating around a map.
