1 cup brown rice, cooked
2 fresh corn cobs, kernels sliced off
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 small tomato, chopped
1 small head of brocolli, separated into small flowers
2-4 tbsp oil (flaxseed and/or olive)
3 tbsp spanish onion, chopped
1 tbsp tamari
1 tbsp ginger, grated and chopped
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp turmeric
2 tsp dried basil
1/2 lemon, juiced
Mix well and serve
